Overview

Color Anything is operated by Misquamicut Technologies LLC. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Color Anything is a mobile application that uses AI to convert user-provided photos and text prompts into printable coloring pages. The service operates on a credit basis — new accounts receive a small number of free credits and may purchase additional credit packs via in-app purchase.

Accounts

You must sign in with a Google or Apple account to generate coloring pages. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person — creating duplicate accounts to obtain additional free credits is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Credits and purchases

• One credit is consumed each time a coloring page is generated, regardless of the result.
• Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• All purchases are final. No refunds except where required by applicable law or App Store / Google Play policy.
• Credit balances do not expire while your account is active.
• Misquamicut Technologies LLC reserves the right to modify credit pricing at any time. Changes do not affect credits already purchased.

User content

You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant Misquamicut Technologies LLC a limited license to process that photo solely for the purpose of generating the requested coloring page. We do not use your photos to train AI models.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any photo you upload — for example, do not upload photos of other people without their permission, or copyrighted images where such use is not permitted.

You must not upload content that is illegal, obscene, or harmful.

AI-generated output

Coloring pages are generated by AI and may not always meet your expectations. Credits are consumed upon generation regardless of the result, as the computational cost is incurred either way.

AI-generated coloring pages produced from your photos are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Misquamicut Technologies LLC makes no claim to ownership of these outputs.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the API or AI backend.
• Upload photos depicting minors in inappropriate contexts, or any content that is illegal under applicable law.
• Circumvent credit consumption through technical means.

Intellectual property

The Color Anything app, brand, name, and all non-user-generated content — including the UI, icons, and copy — are the property of Misquamicut Technologies LLC. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use the Color Anything name or brand.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Misquamicut Technologies LLC does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI outputs will meet any particular standard of quality.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Misquamicut Technologies LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Termination

Misquamicut Technologies LLC may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account by contacting us at hello@coloranythingapp.com.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes to these terms, we will update the effective date at the top. Continued use of the app after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
